Pantone Cookies

I was shopping for client gifts and came across these cool Pantone Tins and the idea to make Pantone Chip Sugar Cookie hit me! For the sugar cookies I followed Mary's Sugar Cookie recipe (my favorite). I then divided up a large batch of royal icing into a dozen small bowls that I indivdually colored using Wilton's Gel Icing Colors to match popular Pantone Colors. The final touch - I used a Wilton Food Writer Pens in black to label each Pantone Chip Cookie accordingly. Colorful and tasty, these cookies were a huge hit with all my clients and designer friends!
