Balloon Birthday Boy

A friend of mine asked me to help throw a birthday party for her son Issac. Issac LOVES balloons and loves Thomas the Tank Engine so I made sure the cake featured both. The cake features a battery operated Thomas train with birthday candles in the cargo car. The balloons are jelly beans stuck on floral wire. The train drove around the track while we all sang Happy Birthday!

To make Issac's party extra special we rented space in a gym where I set up a balloon pit I made that held 1000 balloons for the kids to run around in. Was a HUGE hit with kids and parents alike. No need for party games!
